The Snohomish County Explosion is a Non-Profit Club Basketball Team that is under Courtyard Media Foundation.
The Explosion in 2007 was known as the Everett Explosion, but was then renamed to The Snohomish County Explosion in 2008 have played in the International Basketball League and the National Athletic Basketball League.
IBL - In 2007 the Explosion played in Everett and played in the Everett Events Center this team won the Western Division title with a 16-4 Record for the IBL under coach Randy Redwine.
IBL- In 2008 the Snohomish County Explosion (moved to Monroe) returned with the complete coaching staff from 2007 season along with nine players. This team lost in the first round of the IBL Playoffs to Central Oregon.
IBL- In 2009 the Snohomish County Explosion changed the coaching staff as Chris Weakley former Explosion player moved into the Head Coach Possition/Player. This team finished 9-11 in the regular season and second place in the IBL Western Conference Finals.
NABL - In 2010 the Snohomish County Explosion started the season with Chris Weakley as the head coach and was later replaced with Nathan Mumm as the head coach. This team finished third in the league with an 8-4 record.
