Donation Request:
 Thank you for looking to have Courtyard Media Foundation help with your upcoming event. As we continue to grow understand that your request is important to us and we will respond to each request as soon as possible. We currently receive more then 30 requests a month so please be patient with us. Policy: Your request needs to be made 30 days before your event otherwise we will not be able to accommodate your
request.
Total Requests: Please be reminded that we fill as many donation requests as possible but we do limit the number of requests each year to 120 donations. Please fill out the below form and we will contact you within a week of submitting this form.
We have opened the donations requests for the 2011 Season. Please send an email to info@courtyardmediafoundation.org and we add you to our list and contact you back. Must have 1) Name of Event 2) How many people planning to attend the event.
3) Contact Address to mail out items.
4) Please explain how this helps kids.
